An Evening of Gourmet Networking à la Supply Chain Management

Supply chain experts know it’s all about being in the right place at the right time. That’s why we hope you’ll join riskmethods and other colleagues from the SCM industry for an unforgettable networking dinner at VLET Cooking School in the Emporio Tower.

October 14, 2019 7 pm to 11 pm
VLET Cooking School
Dammtorwall 15, 20355 Hamburg

Innovative ideas will be flowing even before the summit officially begins. Philip Rebelsky, Chef de cuisine at VLET in der Speicherstadt, has received high acclaim from the French restaurant guide Gault&Millau and Austrian magazine Falstaff for his imaginative cuisine. He and his team will show you how to cook masterfully executed delicacies at various cooking stations. Or you can enjoy drinks on the terrace and soak in the ambience of the cooking school as you indulge in modern twists on traditional recipes from Hamburg and other regions in Northern Germany served butler style.

Watch as an evening of delicious supply chain management unfolds before your very eyes. Your hosts will create both the sweet and the savory “just in time” for you to taste and also treat you to an extensive cheese buffet. The VLET team uses lean methods for sustainable cooking, turning raw materials into a distinctive culinary treat for the end consumer. No need for risk management here. You’ll want to take inventory and try each and every creation.

Reserve your spot now as seats are limited. Registering for the summit does not automatically register you for this event. Click here to fill out the reservation form. We look forward to seeing you there!
